E-Statements Withdraw Consent
To request to withdraw from receiving E-Statements from your Sterling Bank account, without the imposition of any fees, conditions, or consequences, please contact your local Sterling Bank branch. We may treat your provision of an invalid email address or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
Once you have withdrawn from E-Statements you will begin receiving paper statements at the address provided in Sterling Bank's records.
We do understand that you might require a paper statement for a particular period:
- Simply call your local branch and place your request
- Once your statements are generated, based on your request, they will be held at our office for you to collect or mailed to you per verbal consent with the address in our records.
